User Guide for Online Enrollment

ONLINE ENROLLMENT SYSTEM PROCEDURE

1st Semester, A.Y. 2022-2023

 CONFIRMATION OF ENROLLMENT 

(REGULAR STUDENTS 1st Year to 5th Year)

 STEP 1: Go to https://mis.asu.edu.ph

 

 

STEP 2: Click the University Management Information System (UMIS) logo under the MIS Services

STEP 3: Log in as STUDENT

 

STEP 4: Enter your Student ID Number and Password. For 1st year students, please click this link for the User's Guide (New Student).

 

STEP 5: Click the LOGIN button to proceed.

 

STEP 6: You are now redirected to the Online Enrollment System Dashboard. Click Enrollment.

 

STEP 7: Your Enrollment Status is NONE. Check your subject load for the current semester, then click Confirm Subject Loads.

 

STEP 8: A Confirmation Dialog will appear. Click Yes button to proceed.

  STEP 9: You are now SUCCESSFULLY ENROLLED. Click the OK button.

 STEP 10: Verify your enrollment by confirming the Enrollment Status shows ENROLLED.

 

STEP 11: After confirming the enrollment, make sure to LOGOUT your account by clicking the down arrow icon in the top right corner of the page.

 

 

 

 

 

  • IRREGULAR STUDENTS must go to their respective departments/programs for assessment and evaluation. 
  • REGULAR STUDENTS (1st year to 5th year) can only access the Online Enrollment System on their scheduled date. Please refer to the schedule below:

 

August 1 - 5, 2022 (First Year)

August 6 - 8, 2022 (Second Year)

August 9 - 10, 2022 (Third Year)

August 11 - 12, 2022 (Fourth Year & Fifth Year)
